Information we collect

01
  • Contact and business information you send us, including name, email address, company, role, website, and notes submitted through forms, email, onboarding, or calls.
  • Client context needed to provide the service, such as company structure, software stack, workflows, priorities, risks, and other materials you choose to share for technology intelligence work.
  • Commercial information related to purchases, subscriptions, invoices, and service history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Stratiphyte.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar diagnostics collected through hosting, security, analytics, or form tools.

How we use information

02
  • To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, onboard clients, deliver quarterly briefs, prepare recommendations, and provide advisory services.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website, forms, delivery workflows, internal tools, and client service process.
  • To process purchases and subscriptions, send service communications, maintain records, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
  • To prepare research, reports, drafts, and client materials. We use client-provided context only for Stratiphyte service delivery and internal quality control.

AI and service providers

03
  • Stratiphyte may use trusted software, hosting, payment, email, database, analytics, automation, and AI infrastructure providers to operate the business and produce client work.
  • When AI tools are used for research, drafting, summarization, or report preparation, we limit the information shared to what is reasonably needed for the task and review outputs before delivery.
  • We do not sell client information, and we do not intentionally use confidential client materials to train public AI models.

How we share information

04
  • We share information with vendors and contractors who help us run the site, process payments, host data, communicate with clients, secure systems, or deliver the service.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a good-faith security need, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
  • We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless a future notice says otherwise and gives any required choices.
